Matt Propert is a photographer and photo editor living in Washington, DC. These days he mostly works for National Geographic, while at the same time always photographing for personal projects. He likes the pictures he makes to have a life outside of the harddrives where they live permanently, which is why LEAP exists - to give them all a chance, and also to inspire and hopefully contribute a very small little bit of something interesting to humanity as a whole.
